Cooks Marine Services were contracted to Design and Build a new landing stage in Bray. Cooks produced a number design options for the clients consideration. Once the client had selected their favoured design, Cooks produced all of the paperwork required by the Environment Agency. As the landing stages are on the River Thames, Cooks needed to obtain a special permit on behalf of the client, authorising them to undertake the construction works. This special permit is called an Environment Agency Flood Risk Activity Permit. More information can be found in this article; FRAP Article.
